3. Video in the PSAP: New tools available in CAD 9.2 make it easier to display video  feeds and leverage video data to aid in response and investigations. You can now use video from traffic monitoring and surveillance, banks, universities, stores, and other establishments to gain insight into incidents – even when you’re in the field.
